I recently purchased a previously loved acoustic piano from Bedhampton pianoshop ltd.

The proprietor of the shop turned out to be, one of those gifted people, who can,

after, the initial meeting, put the customer, immediately at ease. After a couple of

    At no time, throughout the purchasing procedure, did I feel pressured in any way.

I was given a schedule of each stage of the purchasing process, ie. Payment due date

      Would I buy another piano, from, Bedhampton Pianos ltd.    If I had the space and the

A big thank you for the wonderful job you've done on my Bechstein V upright. It's especially remarkable as you took the job on with the piano in pieces after I abandoned my ill-advised attempts at amateur restoration. I had French polished some of the panels (the easy bits) but there was much I hadn't started and, to make things worse, there was damage to the veneer. The innards were also completely dismantled so it had not been played for years. Somehow you turned this pile of bits into a beautiful instrument. It now looks better than I ever thought it could, the veneer beautifully repaired and the French polishing bringing out the best in the mahogany finish. It sounds lovely too.

Thank you for a first rate service. My Kemble piano which I have owned since the early 1970s was in a serious state having been left in a farmhouse for some time and been attacked by mice and moths.
I seriously considered taking it to the dump and actually took it outside for a day to do just that. However sentimental reasons held me back as I did not want to part with it. I cannot believe that my beloved piano now looks in such excellent condition. You took care of all the problems and I am now proud to have it back in my home. My French Cafe Barrel piano which you recently carried out complete re-stringing and other restoration work on is now back to its former glory having had some further restoration to some of its mechanical parts. It now sounds and performs much the way that it would have done when it was first entertained patrons in Nice, around 1910. Having watched, stage by stage, the total restoration of the Gors and Kallmann Grand bought from you recently and now seeing the piano installed in its right and proper place in our home, we just want to say what a pleasure the whole experience has been. Although originally built around 1913 it looks and plays as though fresh from the factory, indeed probably better. Our Ibach piano was made around 1880 but was sounding rather tired. It became unusable as it could not hold tuning for very long and a couple of keys stopped working. After a full and comprehensive refurbishment by Graham and his team it is sounding as it must have done in its early years: especially, the lower octaves have a superb rich tone and the actions of the keys and pedals feel really good. It feels like a piece of family history has come to life. Well done!
